For D size portable Cyl rental, monthly rental is $160 exclude delivery (pls give one day notice). Delivery during weekdays office hour is $30. After office hours, weekend and PH delivery is $90. Urgent delivery is also $90. Refill during weekdays is $60 ( one day notice). Thanks
